How early should I arrive before my timeslot? Please arrive timeously for your booking slot.

How long does the experience last? Each timeslot is scheduled 20 minutes apart, but the average time spent in the museum is about 45 - 90 minutes. To ensure an enjoyable visit for everyone, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of their time inside. While you’re welcome to stay longer, extended visits during busy times may impact others’ experience. Our team may gently remind visitors to be considerate.

Is there an age limit? No, there is no age limit.

Are cash payments available? The Museum of Illusions is cashless. We accept card payments and mobile money only.

Can tickets be purchased at the Museum? Tickets can be purchased at the museum; however, if the desired time slot is sold out upon arrival, you will only be able to buy tickets for the next available slot, provided it is not already sold out. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance.

Must tickets be purchased for children? Free entry for infants and children under 4.

Where is the museum located? The Museum of Illusions is located in Laxcon Court, along Parklands road and Meru Nairobi Highway. Access to the building is from Parklands through Laxminaryan and Swaminayaram road. The closest parking is available at Laxcon Court.
